You can also schedule an appointment with us online. If you are not yet a customer, we ask you to also fill out the registration form on this website. We have a few spots available per day for online appointments. Click on the button below this text to go to the appointment form. If you have an emergency or are unsure about it, it is wiser to call us. We also keep spots open in our schedule every day for urgent matters.

You can cancel a scheduled appointment up to 24 hours in advance. For appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours in advance, we are obliged to charge fees.
